General Surgery - including hernia repair; laparascopic cholecystectomy; and varicose vein ligation.

Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery - including head, chest, body and non -surgical options.

Ears, Nose and Throat (Otorhinolaryngology) - including endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomy, septoplasty; and myringotomy (ear tube placement).

Gynecology - Laparoscopic procedures, laser procedures, cervical biopsies, tubals/sterilization, hysteroscopy/endometrial ablation.

Ophthalmology - including cataract extractions with lens implant.

Oral Surgery - including impacted wisdom teeth and dental restorations.

Orthopedic Surgery - including arthroscopy of the knee, shoulder, ankle, and elbow; fracture and tendon repairs; and hand surgery including carpal tunnel release.

Manipulation Under Anesthesia - Treatment for spinal pain (neck, mid and low back from dysfunction or injury), decreased range of motion, chronic fibrositis, nerve entrapment, pseudo-sciatica, sciatica with disc bulges less than 5mm, occipital or tension headaches, chronic pain syndromes and conditions where narcotic pain relievers are of little benefit. This non invasive procedure breaks up fibrous adhesions (scar tissue) both in and around joints, decreases chronic muscle spasm and improves flexibility.

Pain Management - including lumbar, thoracic and cervical epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, trigger point injections, acupuncture, and radiographically guided facet joint injections.

Injections: including epidural / Selective Nerve Root Block / Joint Block

Conservative treatment option for spinal pain before surgery is considered. Generally more effective than oral medication as they deliver steroid medication (anti-inflammatory) directly to the source of pain. Can also be a helpful tool in diagnosing source of pain.


Podiatry - including bunionectomy, heel spurs and hammer-toe repair.

Urology - including cystoscopy and lithotripsy.

Additionally diagnostic tests available onsite include Nerve Conduction Velocity Testing (NCV), CAT Scan C-Arm (Fluoroscope) and Diagnostic Musculoskeletal Ultrasound.
